Hi, I’m Allison, the founder of Simple Fantastic Kitchen. I live in the mountains in a tiny house with a tiny kitchen where I make big meals with enormous flavor. In my 20s, my work had me traveling around the world. I got to experience cultures and dishes of different countries. This shaped into a delight in all different kinds of food. As I say, in my house, nothing is off the table! Some of my recipes are family secrets, passed down through generations. I also make interesting recipe variations, such as low carb or high protein recipes, or even viral trends. And of course, I make recipes from around the world! I also do reviews of interesting kitchen products. As well as discovering amazing food destinations. So, join me on this culinary adventure and and let’s have some fun in the kitchen together!

No stranger to cooking large holiday meals, she is equally adept at preparing a wide array of small meals, appetizers and desserts. And she has some amazing vintage recipes!
