Mixed-Berry-Protein-Popsicle

The most delicious, healthy, whole fruit greek yogurt popsicles! Because they are made with greek yogurt, they pack a more protein in than your regular popsicle, making them a more balanced dessert. These smooth, delicious whole fruit popsicles are a healthy way to make a healthier dessert decision without sacrificing taste. Mixed Berry Whole Fruit Greek Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup milk whole milk
  • 3 cups 2% greek yogurt unsweetened plain
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/8 cup blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp xanthan gum optional but recommended

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender, place in blender jar in the order listed. Blend on recommended setting for your blender (for Blendtec, press Smoothie for 1 cycle or until you've reached your desired consistency). Test for your desired sweetness, feel free to add more sweetener until you are satisfied. Then pour contents of blender jar into popsicle molds. Put sticks into molds. Then freeze overnight. After fully frozen, carefully remove popsicles from mold. Then serve and enjoy!
