First, add eggs, whole milk, cane sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon into blender pitcher. Put the splash guard portion of the lid in place. Now, put the whisk accessory in the bottom of the pitcher and then press the variable speed controller. Start at a low speed, gradually increasing to half power. You want to do this until it's fully blended together. This should take less than a minute.
Pour your egg mixture into a shallow wide bowl and a loaf of brioche bread ready to go. If you don't have it pre-sliced, you should slice your bread at this time into about 15 pieces if possible. Your pre-sliced loaf should have about 15 slices available to use. You will use all of themYou're going to do just like you do with any other French toast. You dip a slice of brioche bread in, you turn it over, and then you put it on a large plate in stacks. They're just going to stay in for about 3 seconds maximum on each side. You just want them to take the mixture, but not to be too soggy. We're just going to do all of them at once, and then we'll go over to cook them.
In a large pan on your stove top, add a pat of butter (about 1 tbsp or less) and some avocado oil spray. Turn the burner on to medium. Allow the butter to melt and coat the pan. You don't have to use butter, but it takes the taste over the top. You're going to want to put in as many pieces as will fit without overcrowding. My pan accommodates three slices of Brioche French Toast at a time. Now, let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Then, flip each brioche slice and allow to cook for another 3 to four minutes. Repeat this process for the remaining pieces. Make sure you butter and spray the pan again in between each batch.
Now plate the Brioche French Toast and add the toppings of your choice. I like maple syrup, fresh berries, and homemade whipped cream. Enjoy!
Notes
NOTE: The nutrition facts listed here do not include any optional toppings (maple syrup, whipped cream cream, or berries). You can make these and re-heat on stovetop. They should last up to 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They also freeze well with parchment paper in between each slice and can be reheated in an air fryer, toaster oven, or stovetop. Because of the butter and oils, reheating in an upright traditional toaster is not recommended.
